Cai Ji is famous for their Fish Head dishes. The Spicy Chinese Bean Paste Fish Head is my personal favourite. Topped with deep fried pork lard and spring onions. For those of you who loves just normal clear fish head you can go for the Steamed Fish Head with Ginger and Deep Fried Onions. The chilli in the picture is “just for show”, it’s not spicy at all.
Food: 8/10 (Non halal)
Verdict: The food came out very fast and surprising the steamed fish head with bean paste, was extremely huge and enough for 3 adults. Despite the bad service, this place is always full during lunch hours! Be there before 12pm, or else it will be a long wait…
